    Description

    This splint basket is in mint condition, no damage, no losses, no repairs.  The artist's name, Helen Lonetree, is signed in pencil on the bottom along with some letters and numerals.  This is a small or medium storage and carrying basket measuring about 8" H and 10" W at the handles.  It is beautifully made, a likely made before 1993, when the tribe chose the name Ho Chunk rather than Winnebago.  Check out my OTHER ITEMS/SELLER STORE.
