    Description

1936 The Big little Books #1111, Whitman Publishing, Racine Wisconsin, titled "Mickey Mouse presents Walt Disney's Silly Symphonies Stories". It features stories about Peter Pig, Benny Bird, Bucky bug, and introduces for the first time  ever Donald Duck. The book is 4 1/2" H X 3 5/8" W and contains 423 pages. To the best of my knowledge, the book is complete with no missing or torn pages and only a few (very light) pencil marks on one blank page at the front of the book. The binding is in very good shape with no loose pages detected. The cover still has some remaining sheen but also has bent corners with fraying on one as well as very minor finish damage. The seams also have some minor fraying along some but not all of the seams. Since I am not a book dealer, I will not venture to grade it except to say of the  40 or so Big and Better little books I own, it is certainly in the top 5 for condition and appearance. Please remember that the book is now over 80 years old. If you have any questions, please email me.
