    Description

    This is a sepia cabinet card photo of a baby identified on the back as "Bessie Perkins, 6 mo."  The photographer was Newell & Co. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  There is light foxing that shows more on my photo that it does on the picture itself.  It is otherwise in excellent condition.
